What am I supposed to do to edit FitDedede.pac? I've tried every version from the Resources section, and not a single one will open it. They all say "Cannot locate file data. Could not open file." All I'm trying to do is open the FitDedede.pac file I got from the Data Partition and edit the sound effects so that they work like Project M's, such as the "DamageFly" sub actions where the characters having varying degrees of screams when they're sent flying. I can't even open Project M's...
